Our clients had been living in their home for many years and were ready for a change. That's why they called the team at FIHS. Fresh eyes = a fresh new look! After consulting with the family about their likes/dislikes, needs and desires for the home we went to work! With a splash of color, some new furniture pieces and accessories, reusing existing possessions in new and interesting ways, rearranging furniture and decluttering years of collecting the home took on a fresh, modern look that the whole family was thrilled with.

Our client had purchased many great items for their new home but was unsure about placement and had become overwhelmed by the task. A colleague that has utilized our Staging services "To Sell" and "To Live" recommended that she give us a call. Downsizing from a 5000 sq ft home to a 3 bedroom townhome proved to be quite daunting for our client. This professional office was ready to upgrade their image. After the clients chose new paint colors, First Impressions Home Staging was called in. We added chair railing and paneling, shopped, selected, and staged accessories; then organized the front desk and reception area.
