Our clients had been living in their home for many years and were ready for a change. Unfortunately, like most home dwellers, the longer they lived in the home the less able they were to envision it any other way.
That's why they called the team at FIHS. Fresh eyes = a fresh new look!
After consulting with the family about their likes/dislikes, needs and desires for the home we went to work! With a splash of color, some new furniture pieces and accessories, reusing existing possessions in new and interesting ways, rearranging furniture and decluttering years of collecting the home took on a fresh, modern look that the whole family was thrilled with.

Downsizing Can Be Daunting
Downsizing from a 5000 sq ft home to a 3 bedroom townhome proved to be quite
daunting for our client. With so many beautiful and unique pieces of furniture
and art our team's goal was to help pare down while still creating a home
that reflected our clients ecclectic love of color and textures from
around the world.

colors, First Impressions Home Staging was called in. We added chair railing and paneling,
shopped, selected, and staged accessories; then organized the front desk and reception area.
