The Founder of First Impressions Home Staging, LLC and member/Secretary of International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP).  
Upon graduating from Texas A&M University, Stephanie became an elementary school teacher for NEISD.  Her natural abilities for organization, space planning, and artistic creativity were positive assets in her field.  
Resigning from teaching  in order to start
 her family, Stephanie rekindled her passion for  interior redesign and space "make overs" which
 she had often done for friends and family.  
After staging  her own home to sell, 
Stephanie was inspired and encouraged to
utilize her skills and talents for organizing
 and redesign in the  Real Estate industry.   
Now, after completing the
Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) Course
 by nationally known Barb Schwarz, (California)
 the creator of Home Staging, 
Stephanie has founded
First Impressions Home Staging, LLC. 
She has assembled a Team of professionals that is dedicated, creative, and eager to help
 YOU with redesign and/or assistance to
  sell your home quickly for a higher return!

in the Texas Real Estate Industry Expo where

Stephanie gave a presentation to

introduce Staging into the San Antonio market.

First Impressions Home Staging, LLC was also present with the San Antonio Regional  Chapter of IAHSP  in the

Builders Showcase held in San Antonio to further educate the public about home staging.

Trish McBride, Design Consultant

 
Home decorating and interior re-design has been
 a passion for as long as Trish can remember.
 She has always had the ability to walk into
 a room and immediately begin assessing the
 space plan and functionality. 
Being an accomplished artist in many media also
gives Trish an instant advantage when working
with colors and fabrics.  Creating a theme and spotlighting each room's features are just
 two of her unique specialties.
  Having spent many years as a corporate
 administrator, Trish aids our professional business clientele with office organization, spacing and business environment design.
  She was also associated with the Wedding,
 Special Occasion and Convention industry for many years in Houston. Her talents and creativity for
 special-occasion, themed functions make each
 fun-filled event extremely memorable, whether it be
 a fashionable home garden wedding to a 500 seated guest Bar Mitzvah in the Houston Astrodome.
